SECTION 45-48.1-23

   § 45-48.1-23  Inconsistent laws orordinances inoperative. – Except as otherwise provided herein, any provisions of any special law and partof any special law and all ordinances and parts of ordinances pertaining to thewater works system which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chaptershall be inoperative and cease to be effective.
