SECTION 45-48.1-24

   § 45-48.1-24  Provisions of actcontrolling. – The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to provide an exclusive,additional, alternative and complete method for the doing of the thingsauthorized hereby and shall be deemed and construed to be supplemental andadditional to, and not in derogation of, powers conferred upon the district bylaw; provided, however, that insofar as the provisions of this chapter areinconsistent with the provisions of any general or special law, administrativeorder or regulation, or law of the town, the provisions of this chapter shallbe controlling.
