SECTION 45-48.1-25

   § 45-48.1-25  Pledge not to alter rights ofdistrict. – The state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of the bonds, notes,and other evidences of indebtedness of the district that the state will notlimit or alter rights hereby vested in the district until the bonds, notes, orother evidences of indebtedness, together with interest thereon, with intereston any unpaid installment of interest and all costs and expenses in connectionwith any actions or proceedings by or on behalf of the bondholders andnoteholders, are fully met and discharged.
