SECTION 45-50-18

   § 45-50-18  Remedies. – Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter or any of thecoupons appertaining to them, and the trustee under the trust agreement or theresolution, except to the extent the rights given by this chapter may berestricted by the trust agreement or the resolution, may by civil action,mandamus, or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and all rights under thelaws of the state or granted under this chapter or under the trust agreement orthe resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds, and may enforce andcompel the performance of all duties, required by this chapter or by the trustagreement or resolution, to be performed by the authority or by any officer ofthe authority, including the fixing, charging, and collection of fees, rentals,and other charges.
