SECTION 45-51-2

   § 45-51-2  Conservation commission –Appointment. – The mayor or town administrator of any city or town may designate the municipalconservation commission as defined in § 45-31-1 to serve as anenvironmental advocate, subject to approval by the city or town council, whichshall perform the duties as established in this chapter.
