SECTION 45-54-22

   § 45-54-22  Annual report and audit. –Within one hundred twenty (120) days from the close of its fiscal year, thecorporation shall make an annual report to the chief executive officer andlegislative body of the municipality of its activities for the preceding fiscalyear. Each report shall present a complete operating and financial statementcovering its operations during the year. The corporation shall cause an annualaudit of the books, records, and accounts of the corporation to be made and thecosts shall be treated as a part of the cost of operation.
