SECTION 45-55-10

   § 45-55-10  Cancellation of invitation forbids and requests for proposals. – An invitation for bids, a request for proposals, or other solicitation may becancelled, or all bids or proposals rejected, if it is determined, in writing,that action if taken is not in the best interest of the municipality andapproved by the chief purchasing officer.
