   § 45-55-13.1  Exclusion of multi-cities ortowns insurance corporations and cooperative risk management programs. –The provisions of this chapter do not apply to entities organized pursuant to§ 45-5-20.1. Those entities are exempt from all of the provisions of thischapter.
