SECTION 45-55-15

   § 45-55-15  Severability. – If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences or parts of this chapter arefor any reason adjudged unconstitutional or otherwise invalid in any court,that judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisionsof this chapter but shall be confined in its operation to the specificprovisions so held unconstitutional or invalid and the inapplicability orinvalidity of any section, clause or provisions of this chapter in any one ormore instances or circumstances shall not be taken to affect or prejudice inany way its applicability or validity in any other instance.
