SECTION 45-55-16

   § 45-55-16  Prohibition against the use oflead based paints. – When purchasing paint products or contracting or subcontracting for painting,construction, improvement, completion, or repair of any public buildings,public road, public bridge, or public construction, all municipalities, asdefined by § 45-55-4(11), are prohibited from the use of lead based paint.
