SECTION 45-58-5

   § 45-58-5  Board of utility commissionersof the Pascoag utility district established. – There is hereby created a board to be known as the board of utilitycommissioners of the Pascoag utility district. The powers of the utilitydistrict as set forth in this chapter, or conferred on the utility district byoperation of this chapter, shall be vested in and exercised by a majority ofthe members of the board of utility commissioners then in office; provided,however, that the board of utility commissioners in its discretion may delegateexecutive functions to a general manager, by resolution, rule or otherwise.
