SECTION 45-58-8.1
§ 45-58-8.1 Limitation of powers. –All services provided by the utility district that constitute public utilityservices within the meaning of § 39-1-2(20) or community antennaetelevision systems (CATV) services within the meaning of § 39-19-1 shallbe subject to the applicable jurisdictions of the public utilities commissionand the division of public utilities and carriers.
