SECTION 45-59-25

   § 45-59-25  Exemption from liability.– No member of the board of directors of a district management authority and noofficer of an authority will be held civilly liable for any breach of his orher duties as such member or officer except for liability: (1) for acts oromissions not in good faith or which involve intentional misconduct or knowingviolation of law, or (2) for any transaction from which such member or officerderived an improper personal benefit, or (3) for any malicious, willful orwanton act.
