SECTION 45-6-5

   § 45-6-5  Names of railroad stations.– No railroad corporation shall affix a name to a new station or change thepresent name of any existing station, until after the new name has beenapproved by the town council of the town in which the station is located. Everyrailway company violating the provisions of this section shall pay a fine ofone dollar ($1.00) for each day's violation, and all costs for prosecution andconviction.
