   § 45-61.1-4  Department of environmentalmanagement. – The department is hereby authorized, as necessary, to modify the basicrequirements of the general RIPDES permit for regulated small MS4s to implementthe provisions contained in §§ 45-61.1-1 – 45-61.1-3. Thedepartment may amend its regulations, as necessary, to bring the general RIPDESpermit program for regulated small MS4s into consistency with the requirementsof this section.
