SECTION 45-62-6

   § 45-62-6  Powers of department andresponsibilities of dam owners retained. – Nothing in this chapter shall e construed to affect the powers and duties ofthe department of environmental management, as they relate to dams, establishedpursuant to other provisions of law; nor shall this chapter be construed toaffect the responsibilities of dam owners, established pursuant to chapter 19of title 46, absent the establishment of a district.
