SECTION 45-63-4

   § 45-63-4  Exemptions from specialassessment. – The town council may, by ordinance, exempt from the payment of any and allassessments for the construction of stormwater control facilities hereunder,the land of any religious corporation on which are located buildings usedsolely for holding of religious services therein and all land in the town heldby cemetery corporations and used solely for cemetery purposes.
