SECTION 46-12.2-22

   § 46-12.2-22  Tax exemption. – Bonds issued by the agency and local governmental obligations issued by anylocal governmental unit in accordance with this chapter, their transfer and theincome therefrom, including any profit made on the sale thereof, shall, at alltimes, be exempt from taxation by and within the state. The agency shall not berequired to pay any taxes, assessments, or excises upon its income, existence,operation, or property.
