   § 46-12.2-27  Severability – Liberalconstruction. – The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any provision hereof shallbe held invalid in any circumstances, any invalidity shall not affect any otherprovisions or circumstances. This chapter shall be construed in all respects soas to meet any constitutional requirements. In carrying out the purposes andprovisions of this chapter, all steps shall be taken which are necessary tomeet constitutional requirements. This chapter shall be construed liberally inaid of its purpose and legislative findings.
