SECTION 46-12.2-9

   § 46-12.2-9  Authorization to expend fundsavailable for local grants. – In addition to the financial assistance provided by the agency to localgovernmental units for approved projects in accordance with this chapter, thedepartment is hereby authorized to expend funds otherwise available for grantsto local governmental units to the extent permitted by federal and state law.
