SECTION 46-12.3-3

   § 46-12.3-3  Action on negligence. –Any person who sustains personal injury, property damage, or economic loss as aresult of the negligent act of any owner, operator, and/or his or her or itsagent of any seagoing vessel as defined in § 46-9-2, entering the watersor waterways of this state, shall be entitled to maintain an action to recoverthe damages pursuant to the provisions of § 46-12.3-1.
