   § 46-12.5.1-13  Remedies cumulative. –All remedies provided by this chapter or chapter 12.7 of this title arecumulative, and the securing of relief, whether injunctive, civil, or criminal,under a section of this chapter or chapter 12.6 or 12.7 of this title does notstop the state or any person from obtaining relief under any other section ofthis chapter or chapter 12.6 or 12.7 of this title, or pursuant to any otherprovision of the general laws or the common law.
