SECTION 46-12.7-6.1

   § 46-12.7-6.1  Administration and recordsof the fund. – (a) The director shall administer the fund in accordance with this chapter.

   (b) The department shall develop procedures governing theexpenditure of, and accounting for, money expended from the fund.

   (c) The director is responsible for insuring that there areadequate moneys available in the fund to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

   (d) The department shall maintain accounting records showingthe income and expenses of the fund.
