SECTION 46-12.9-10

   § 46-12.9-10  Nonparticipation in insurer'sinsolvency fund. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law to the contrary, the RhodeIsland underground storage tank financial responsibility act shall not beconsidered an insurance company or insurer under the laws of this state andshall not be a member of nor be entitled to claim against the Rhode Islandinsurer's insolvency fund created under chapter 34 of title 27.
