   § 46-12.9-9  Reconsideration hearing.– Any person aggrieved by a decision of the review board may request areconsideration hearing before the review board under the provisions of theregulations of the board and such regulations shall be consistent with theRhode Island Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42. Any suchdecision shall contain a notice of the right to request a hearing and mayspecify a reasonable time limit, not to exceed twenty-one (21) days withinwhich said person shall request a hearing. If no such request is made in atimely manner, the said person shall be deemed to have assented to thedecision. If a timely request is received, the review board within a reasonableperiod of time shall act upon such request in accordance with the provisions ofthe Rhode Island Administrative Procedures Act.
