SECTION 46-13.2-6

   § 46-13.2-6  Wells constructed for oil,gas, brine, or mining. – Drilling, excavating, and pumping associated with the oil, gas, or brine wellindustries, and the construction, quarrying, and mining industries, and thedisposal of any materials shall be subject to this chapter only insofar as theyrelate to the pollution and depletion of underground water resources.
