SECTION 46-13.2-8

   § 46-13.2-8  Exemptions. – Where the director finds that compliance with all requirements of this chapteror regulations adopted pursuant thereto would result in undue hardship, anexemption from any one or more of the requirements may be granted by thedirector to the extent necessary to ameliorate the undue hardship and to theextent the exemption can be granted without impairing the intent and purpose ofthis chapter.
