SECTION 46-13.2-9

   § 46-13.2-9  Existing and abandoned wells.– No well in existence on July 1, 1987 shall be required to conform to theprovisions of this chapter or any rules or regulations adopted pursuantthereto; provided any well now or hereafter abandoned, shall be brought intocompliance with the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter if the well isintended again to be used for the supply of groundwater.
