   § 46-15.1-21  Annual report of waterprovider. – Each water providing and water supply company both public and private doingbusiness in this state shall forward an annual report to the water resourcesboard setting forth the status of any water supply within the company'sjurisdiction and control, and progress made towards achieving the goals of theentity's water supply management plan as prescribed in §§ 46-15.3-5.1and 46-15.3-7.
