§ 46-15.3-12 - Dissolution.
SECTION 46-15.3-12
§ 46-15.3-12 Dissolution. – If the board shall be dissolved, all funds of the board not required for thepayment of bonds shall be paid to the general treasurer for the use of thestate, and all property belonging to the board shall be vested in the state anddelivered to it. If the fund for the city of Providence shall be dissolved, allthe funds not required for the payment of bonds shall be paid to the city ofProvidence.
