SECTION 46-15.3-19

   § 46-15.3-19  Actions by the division ofpublic utilities and carriers and the public utilities commission. – The division of public utilities and carriers shall review each water supplysystem management plan, replacement or amendment thereto filed with it by aregulated water supplier and submit comments in writing to the water resourcesboard as to its completeness, appropriateness for the area served andadequateness to achieve the objective of this chapter.
