SECTION 46-15.3-7.3

   § 46-15.3-7.3  Rules governing content ofprograms, components, review, evaluation, funding, and implementation. –The water resources board with the concurrence of the department ofenvironmental management, the department of health, the department ofadministration's division of planning, and the Rhode Island public utilitiescommission, as to water suppliers within its jurisdiction, shall forthwithpromulgate rules and regulations for the review of components as described inthis chapter. The water resources board with the concurrence of the departmentof environmental management, the department of health, the department ofadministration's statewide planning program, and the Rhode Island publicutilities commission, as to water suppliers within its jurisdiction, shallpromulgate the criteria or standards which it will use to evaluate theimplementation of approved components, programs and funding mechanisms.
