SECTION 46-15.3-7.7

   § 46-15.3-7.7  Water suppliers –Temporary exemption. – Those water suppliers, and all others subject to the provisions of thischapter, who, at the time that this chapter takes effect, have in process thedevelopment of a water supply management plan, or component thereof, asrequired under any provision of the general laws, shall be temporarily exemptfrom having to comply with this chapter, for a period of five (5) yearsfollowing the submission of a water supply management plan required under otherprovisions of the general laws.
