SECTION 46-15-17

   § 46-15-17  Filing reports. – The water resources board, on behalf of the board, may require any municipalwater department, special water district, or private water company at adesignated time or times, to file with its statements and reports, in such formas it may prescribe, covering any data or information which it deems necessaryor proper to enable it to carry into effect the applicable provisions of thischapter.
