SECTION 46-16-2

   § 46-16-2  Appointment of commissioners– Expenses – Powers and duties. – The governor shall appoint five (5) commissioners to the New England interstatewater pollution control commission, who shall serve at the pleasure of thegovernor, one of whom shall represent the department of health and one of whomshall represent the department of environmental management. The commissionersshall serve without compensation, but shall be paid their actual expensesincurred and incident to the performance of their duties. The commissionersshall have the powers and duties and be subject to the limitations set forth in§ 46-16-1.
