SECTION 46-18-5

   § 46-18-5  Appraisal of future yearlydamages. – The jury shall also appraise the damages that the plaintiff ought yearly toreceive and recover of the defendant, his or her heirs and assigns, or ownersof the dam, from the date of the plaintiff's action until five (5) years afterthe dam shall be removed by the defendant, or his or her heirs or assigns.
