SECTION 46-2-10

   § 46-2-10  Agreement by town or city tohold federal government harmless. – The town council of any town and the city council of any city are authorized togive assurances that the respective town or city will hold and save the UnitedStates harmless from claims and damages resulting from the improvement orprotection project and to enter into agreement with the United States for thesepurposes.
