SECTION 46-2-20
§ 46-2-20 Acquisition of lands in othertowns. – Any city or town may acquire by gift or purchase any lands or interests thereinin any other city or town which are necessary for the construction and/ormaintenance of the project and may appropriate such sum or sums as may benecessary therefor.
