§ 46-22-20 - Severability.
SECTION 46-22-20
§ 46-22-20 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter shall be severable and, if any of the provisionsshall be held invalid, the decision of the court respecting that provision orprovisions shall not affect the validity of any other provision which can begiven effect without that invalid provision.
