SECTION 46-22-22

   § 46-22-22  Owner required to make writtenreports. – The owner of a vessel involved in an accident, casualty, vandalism, or theft inexcess of five hundred dollars ($500), shall, within five (5) days after theincident, forward a written report of the incident to the department ofenvironmental management, on forms provided by the department.
