SECTION 46-23.2-7

   § 46-23.2-7  Assistance by state officers,departments, boards and commissions. – (a) All state agencies may render any services to the collaborative withintheir respective functions as may be requested by the collaborative.

   (b) Upon request of the collaborative, any state agency isauthorized and empowered to transfer to the collaborative any officers andemployees as it may deem necessary from time to time to assist thecollaborative in carrying out its functions and duties under this chapter.
