§ 46-23-18.4 - Enforcement.
SECTION 46-23-18.4
§ 46-23-18.4 Enforcement. – The provisions of §§ 46-23-18 through 46-23-18.3 shall be enforced bythe coastal resources management council. Nothing herein shall be deemed toabrogate the department of environmental management's authority to enforce itswater quality standards adopted pursuant to § 46-12-3(7) or (24).
