§ 46-23-5 - Expenses of members.
SECTION 46-23-5
§ 46-23-5 Expenses of members. – (a) The members of the council and the chairperson shall not be compensated fortheir service on the board, but the members and chairperson shall be reimbursedfor their actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of theirduties.
