SECTION 46-23-8

   § 46-23-8  Gifts, grants, and donations.– The council is authorized to receive any gifts, grants, or donations made forany of the purposes of its program, which shall be deposited as generalrevenues, and to disburse and administer the gifts, grants, or donationsamounts appropriated in accordance with the terms thereof. The council isauthorized to receive any sums provided by an applicant for use by the councilin its hearing process, which shall be deposited as general revenues, and todisburse and administer the general revenue amounts appropriated in accordancewith the rules and regulations promulgated by the council.
