SECTION 46-24-4

   § 46-24-4  Compensation of board andagents. – Each member of the board shall receive an annual salary not to exceed fivehundred dollars ($500) per year and shall be entitled to reimbursement of hisor her actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his or herofficial duties. The salaries, compensation, and expenses of all members,officers, employees, and agents shall be paid solely out of the funds of theauthority.
