SECTION 46-24-6
§ 46-24-6 Business prohibited to members.– No member of the Pawtuxet River authority shall directly or indirectly engagein any contract or agreement for labor, supply of materials for construction,or reconstruction of the physical assets of the district or replacements oradditions thereto. No person holding elective office in the participatingcommunities or the general assembly of the state of Rhode Island shall beeligible to be a member of the authority.
