SECTION 46-25-19.1
§ 46-25-19.1 Recording of sewer systems.– Starting on January 1, 2012, the commission shall maintain as-built drawingsand plans on any new or upgraded sewer main it owns and operates. Such as-builtdrawings and plans shall be the responsibility of the person that thecommission has designated and shall be in a form designated by the commission.
