SECTION 46-25-29

   § 46-25-29  Notice of decisions bycommission. – Within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the hearing, thecommission shall render its decision and findings and shall give notice thereofby publication in some newspaper published in the county of Providence, and bymailing a copy thereof by registered or certified mail to each personinterested therein who shall have registered with the commission his or hername and address with a request to be so notified.
