SECTION 46-25-31
§ 46-25-31 Notice of hearings on orders.– Before adopting or entering any order applicable to any one or more specificpersons, the commission shall give to each of the persons, by registered orcertified mail, twenty (20) days' notice in writing of the time and place of ahearing to be afforded each of the persons should he or she or it desire thehearing. The notice shall state the time and place of the holding of thehearing.
