   § 46-25-34  Cooperation and coordinationwith other agencies. – In the performance of its duties hereunder, the commission shall be entitled toask for and to receive from the Providence water supply board or any othercommission, board, officer, or agency of the state, such information,cooperation, assistance and advice as shall be reasonable and proper in view ofthe nature of the functions. Each municipality within the district shall makeavailable to the commission the names and addresses of the users of sewageservices within the municipality, and shall assist the commission in providingadministrative support for the billing of users at a reasonable cost to thecommission.
